Hey, i'm kaylie

Hi, I’m Kaylie, the face behind Rebel Child Journeys.

I’m a photographer and social media manager with a passion for capturing the moments, stories, and brands that make people stop and feel something.

My love for photography and social media management grew from realizing that this is what I’m meant to do. I’ve always been drawn to creativity, storytelling, and the way a single image or piece of content can make someone feel connected. Whether I’m behind the camera or helping a brand build its online presence, I love creating work that feels authentic, intentional, and true to the people behind it.

When it comes to photography, my favorite moments are the ones that feel completely unposed. I love capturing raw emotion, genuine connection, and the little in-between moments — the ones that happen naturally, almost as if I wasn’t even there. My goal is to create images that allow you to relive how a moment actually felt, not just what it looked like.

With social media management, I love helping brands find their voice and create a presence that feels like them. From finding the right tone and connecting with an audience to creating content that draws people in, I enjoy helping businesses show up online with confidence and intention. Your brand is more than just what you sell, and I love helping tell the story behind it.

Outside of work, you can usually find me with a coffee in hand, surrounded by all things western, browsing through a thrift store, or spending time at a rodeo. I’m drawn to the grit, authenticity, and stories that come with the western lifestyle — and that influence naturally finds its way into the work I create.

Whether you’re here for photography, social media management, or a little bit of both, I’m so glad you’re here. I believe the best work comes from collaboration, trust, and creating something that genuinely feels like you.

I can’t wait to work together!

my

approach

My style is centered around warm, rich

tones with a slightly moody vibe. I love contrast

and depth, which gives images a timeless, elevated

feel. I’m absolutely open to working with a brighter,

lighter look as well, but I naturally gravitate toward

rich tones and intentional contrast, this is what

best reflects my creative style.

When it comes to hair, makeup, and overall styling

for your session, any guidance I share is simply

advice based on my experience and what

photographs best within my style. You’re never

required to follow it exactly. The most important

thing is that you feel comfortable, confident, and

like yourself during your shoot!
